NOA Professional Development is the training arm of the National Outsourcing Association   (NOA).  

  Established as a not-for-profit organisation, operating for over 25 years, the NOA acts as an independent body The NOA's objective is to ensure the effectiveness and success of outsourcing, shared services and insourcing through the promotion of best practice and innovation in their application and development.


NOA is the first UK organisation to offer university accredited professional outsourcing qualifications.  A growing number of organisations are represented on our professional development programmes, including:

A wide range of events are organised by the NOA throughout the year to ensure that members are able to keep up to date with new developments and ideas relevant to sourcing strategy and operations.  These events are free to NOA members and to individual students registered on NOA programmes.  


  Middlesex University, based in London, England, accredits the NOA Diploma programme through its Institute for Work Based Learning. The Institute for Work Based Learning pioneered the development of work-based learning at higher education level and is a nationally recognised centre for excellence.
